The European Parliament's Environmental Committee has pass a draft on reducing the use of out of lightweight plastic bags. The draft suggest that the 28 member states of the European Union adopt a two-step approach to effective reduce the use use of plastic bagsコ, in order to achieve the goal of reducing the use of ultra-thin plastic bags maisiņi by 80% in 2019 salīdzināts 2010.
